Parent Satisfaction Survey

Dear Parent,
Escambia County School District (ECSD) is on a continuous journey to make our schools the best places for students to learn, staff to work, and parents to send their children for a quality education. In this effort, we appreciate your support. It is important to gather feedback from you to celebrate successes and identify opportunities for growth. Please take a few minutes and complete this Parent Satisfaction Survey to help provide this feedback.
Once the survey is complete, the results will be analyzed by an outside organization. The data from the survey will be sent to each school and the Superintendent. Then, the results of the survey will be shared with parents and the community.
The survey link is located in the upper left hand corner on the homepage of the ESCD website. The survey can also be accessed online at: ECSD Parent Satisfaction Survey<https://huron.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_43nYkuN7gO9dHHD>
The Parent Satisfaction Survey will be open from February 5 - February 28, 2018. We are looking forward to a significant number of responses from all of our parents.
Thank you for your interest in and support of your child's education. Please contact me if you have any questions concerning the survey.
Mr. Taylor
Woodham Middle School Principal

Online School Choice Application

The Online Open Enrollment Application Window for incoming students for the 2018-2019 school year is here! This process allows qualified students to request permission to attend schools for which they are not residentially zoned, and/or participate in particular career academies housed within our middle and high schools. Student transportation to a school for which the student is not residentially zoned is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

The application window for incoming middle and high school students runs from October 30, 2017 through December 15, 2017. For students entering elementary school for the 2018-2019 year can submit an online application this Spring, from January 29, 2018 through March 9, 2018.

School Advisory Council (SAC)

We had an overwhelming response to parents who wish to serve on the SAC Committee. We need the commitment of 10 people that must be nominated and voted on by parents. The link is to the list of parents who wish to serve on the committee. Please mark 10 of these people. Everyone is welcome to the meetings but these 10 will be of record. If you want your name removed or you do not see your name and you want it added please send an email to me at mbrittmccaskill@escambia.k12.fl.us.

Thank you!

M. McCaskill

Car Rider Line

Parents please use the car rider line located on the east side of the school. Many of you are still parking out front. The front will be torn up very soon for renovations. For the safety of our students we ask that you follow the procedures. The car rider line has been flowing very smoothly for those who are following the procedures. I know time is precious to us all. We are encouraging students to move quickly to the car rider area to be picked up quickly. Thank you for your cooperation.
